STudenT-TaculTy relaTions were an imporTanT TaceT OT liTe and The unsung hero OT This dilemma was The STudenT Congress League. Organized To esTab- lish communicaTion wiThin The school, The League aTTempTed To inspire spiriT. Mr. STeve WolT, American HisTory in- sTrucTor, sponsored The organizaTion, helping The sTudenTs and TaculTy To reach a beTTer undersTanding oT one anoTher's problems. One major achievernenT of The STudenT Congress League was The TwenTy minuTe break which allowed sTu- denTs To snack. associaTe, and relax. OTher addiTional changes were spring pep rallies and 'rap' sessions. Three racially balanced commiTTees meT every Friday aTTernoon To discuss and deal wiTh various problems in an eT- TicienT way.
