Mr. Duncan: Advisor and Friend Good things come in three's, and this has been the third and best year for our principal, Mr. William B. Duncan. Under the skillful guidance of Mr. Duncan we have had a winning year athletically and scholastically. Mr. Duncan's skill in leading us through touchy situations, always careful to keep the name of Miami Edison held in the highest regard, has won him the respect and esteem of parents, students, and civic leaders, as well as those not even associated with our school. The frequent advisory and congratulatory messages made by Mr. Duncan over the public address system have established him as each student's personal friend. Mr. Duncan has the quality, found in few, of combining just the right amounts of severity and kindness, authority and understanding neces- sary to his position as principal. The year's school and individual successes are a credit to Mr. Dun- can's leadership, Thank you, Mr. Duncan, for guiding us. r 7
