She enjoys taking abstract pictures of sunsets and other unique things. Her father, who is a photolithographer for the Miami Police Department, encourages Janice in photography and even built her own dark room for developing pictures. She has been taking pic- tures for over a year and plans to enter in major contests held throughout the year. i'Photography is a worthwhile Craft that will benefit my future career of advertising. I plan to major in advertising which needs plenty of experience in photography, stated Janice. Senior works with children BY: SAMMY DANON Reaching out with a helping hand, Christina Nino taught preschool at Kings Creek Wllage this past summer. Working with kids can be a won- derful experience. Not only does it give you an opportunity to show what you have learned, but more importantly you also help the children develop During the summer Christina taught from one to six pm. She would play, linger-paint, and paste with the children.
