The treasurer controlled all of the schools financial transactions. Without these people work- ing the school could not function. The heart of the school is the registrar, Mrs. Penny Belcher and staff keeps all the students' records, schedules of all the classes, and keeps all grade records. i'The placing of computer terminals in school gave personnel immediate access to stored information, and the ability to update all stu- dents' records, stated Mrs. Penny Belcher. 'There is never a dull moment in this depart- ment, concluded Mrs. Pat Doherty, attendance secretary. There always is something to type, a stu- dent to talk with, and so many other things that have to be done. M.. Mrs. Pat Doherty points to the back of the main ofhce.
