During the middle of the year members gave an apprecia- tion luncheon for English faculty because of their cooperation. Science Honor created an enthusiastic atmosphere for its members to help others by tutoring. During March 19 through 29, they assisted students who wished to participate in Science fairs. This club is a lot of fun. lt also looks great on one's record! stated Sergio Akselrad. Together with the help of their sponsor, Mr. Bill Gunn, they helped to break down the difficulties of science to the students. With this help, many stu- dents found science to be an exciting and in- teresting class and a lot easier than they had thought. This year we strove to combine scientific knowledge with service to benefit us, the school, and the community, stated Lourdes Tallet, Science Honor Society President.
