Local FBLA club excels in mastering office skills By: Ana Hernandez F.B.L.A. is one of the best ways for a student in- terested in a business career to receive the basic and necessary business skills for a successful future. Many of Coral Park's students were aware of this fact and made F.B.L.A. the largest club at school, this past year. The Future Business Leaders of America chapter sponsored by Mrs. Blondell Browning participated in various business related activities throughout the year. One of these being the County and State com- petitions held in February and April. l've gained a great deal of knowledge about the business world this past year, which l know will help me a lot in my future business career. Joining this club was one of the most important things l did last year, stated Ernesto Aguirrechu, F.B.L.A. member. Largest F .B.L.A. offers opportunities for the future By: Ana Hernandez F.B.L.A. one of the largest clubs in Coral Park, of- fered many opportunities to students interested in the growing world of business. lt gave members the necessary experiences of learning what the business world is all about. The F.B.l.A. chapter sponsored by Mrs. Chewning was the largest F.B.LA. in the school, with eighty members. These students worked hard all year ob- taining business skills in order to enhance their future as Future Business Leaders of America. F.B.LA. members were invited to compete in a Dade County business competition held in April. F.B.L.A. has given me the opportunity to in- vestigate my potential in the world of business. l will never forget what it has done for me, stated Daisy Hernandez, President.
