Junior Board displays unity, spirit at meetings By: Sergio Garcia Junior Class President The Junior Board was able to achieve a sense of unity through many fund raisers and group meetings. The Class of '82 organized the Junior- Senior prom, which was held at the Fountainbleu- Hilton on Saturday, May 23, 1981. ln order to financially support this costly event, the board sold holiday grams throughout the year. The Class of '82 sponsored the concession stand and a dance at Halloween Happenings. The Class of '82 was constantly proposing new projects, stated advisor Roman Wolyn. Being vice presi- dent of the junior class was a real honor. l felt as if l could use my position to help promote spirit throughout the class, said lleana Machado. The officers were: Sergio Garcia, presidentg lleana Machado, vice-presidentg Evelyn Jacobson, secretaryg and Debbie F einstock, treasurer. ,par ce-'-...,,.
