officers are Treas. Linda Covins and Sec. T ela Santiago. i 1 DCT had their first District 17 meeting this year in November. CBE and CHO also attended the meeting with them. Although DCT had no one com- peting for officers, they helped support CBE and CHO with theirs by pass- ing out their campaign buttons andcheering them on. T The club's activities for raising money consisted of car washes and sell- ing calendars. They had two car washes the first half of the year. Both were very successful. They made over a hundred dollars at each one. Their cal- endar. sale went exceptionally well. They sold all the calendars with stu- dents still asking for more. r T With all the money DCT earned, they had nog trouble finding ways to spend it. One of them was spending some of their school mornings eating breakfast at their famous meeting spot, The international House of Pan- cakes. O At the Employee-Employer banquet in March, all took their bosses to dinner and had a good time. All in all '76-'77 was a terrific year!! DCTIA I 57
