Row 2 - Jackie Strickland, Paula Stubbs, Danny Kenny, Ray Helgren, Ronnie Bush, Debbie Duckworth, Elizabeth Iablonski, Holly Duncan, Ioy Robbins, Kenny Rizzo, Sherry Blanco. Treasurer Ioy Robbins, Vice President Debra Tucker, President Nick Esasky, Secretary Robin Peachey plan ahead. Sophomore Forum members planned ahead. Early in the year you could find them mak- ing plans to raise money to make 1977's Prom the best ever. From car washes to sales at Flea Markets they never stopped trying. They will continue their ef- forts as juniors, but their head-start this year will prove helpful to say the least. Sophomore Forum X 77

Row 2 -- Mr. Mark Robert Christensen, Tyrone jackson, Jose Lamas, Phil Gorge, Iunior Class Council members kept busy earning money for the Prom. They began with Chief Pride but- tons in October and soon sold outof theme C Their next big project was selling candy bars, and just about everyone Urnunched-out in class. Student Council is an impor- tant part of Miami Carol City Senior High School. Without them who would plan Spirit Week, Homecoming or many of the other activities that make the school year so memorable? To raise money, Council members sell beat tags and doughnuts, but what they re- ally raise is a lot of SPIRIT throughout MCC all year. 78 I Studentllouncil Student Council officers are Secretary Myrna Edwards, President Michael Pender, Vice President Carolyn Anastasia and Treasurer Manuel Lopez.
