Members kept busy raising money through bake and bagel sales. The funds were used for the Larry Thompson Memorial Fund, a fund to beautify Dade County's parks and highways, and a special scholarship fund set up in his memory. The scholarship would benefit a senior who did excellent work in journalism and planned to major in it in college. For their final activity, Quill and Scroll held an essay contest open to all students at MCC. Even though the '75-'76 Deutsch Klub was small, they were active. There was a great Christmas party at Frau Love's house. Bagel sales were held to raise money for the FASG conference in Ap- ril.
