Seniors are the true Spirit of '76 President Willie Edwards lt's only the beginning for the seniors of '76, This year was a special one, with little time to look back as they prepare for the future. Seniors spent the year studying, decorating the main hall for Homecoming, participating in Spirit Week, working, planning for senior pep rallies and assemblies and voting. Pink and burgundy were the class colors and the pink rose the class flower. Senior song was That's the Way of the World , and their motto was God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the differ- ence.
