Homecoming '7 5 is big hit Baby Day, Old Folks Day, Shabby Day, Cartoon Character Day and Color Day are memories now, but they are memories of a great Homecoming Week. Clubs participated in decorating rooms and halls with the theme Spirit of '76 . The decoration winner was CBE. Literary Club and Pan Am tied for sec- ond as DECA took third. The spirit intensified as Friday ap- proached. At the annual Senior Pep rally that night the senior song, color, motto, and flower were announced along with the homecoming court. The senior foot- ball players were introduced and es- corted by the cheerleaders. Saturday was the big game against Hialeah-Miami Lakes. Carol City started the game by scoring the first touchdown. Lakes came back and stayed ahead for the rest of the game, but the spirit and Chief Pride never died making this homecoming the one to remember. :YU The band jams at the senior pep rally. 3 Age sy tt it ' Q 0 init E th Steps out on shabby day, Mrs. Ann Wilburn dressed as the Red Baro 20 f You 8: Me I1.
