Another year of NFL went by as more debating, extemping and orations went by also. The members attended the debate class to prepare for the year- round tournaments, but much of the work had to be done on a member's own time. One of the main functions was sponsoring the NFLfYearbook King and Queen contest. This enabled them to raise money for the annual state tournament, the highlight of the year.
