Our 1974 Senior Symbols were also announced as follows: Colors, Gray and Wine, Flower, Red Floseg Song, Touch Me in the Morning , and our Senior Motto, The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen nor touched but are felt in the heart. The Homecoming court consisted of Pat Bell, Susie Burns, Winnifred Davis, Ada Fernandez, Cathy McConnell, Karen Terlingo, and Stephanie Scott. MISS WINNIFRED DAVIS REIGNS AS QUEEN i Queen winnifred Davis l l I Miss Ada Fernandez with escort. Mr. Leonel Her- nandez Homecoming Game was played this year on Thanksgiving Day. No- vember 22nd against Miami Central Rockets. The Mighty Chiefs out- lasted and defeated the Rockets 17-15. During halftime the Marching Chiefs presented their rendition of You've Got a Friend . Ben Carroccio, Marching Chief alumnus, played a trumpet solo of Colour,My World . The Homecoming court was presented to the fans and the 1973 Queen, WINNIFRED DAVIS was then crowned by last year's Queen Ftobin Randall as the band then played the senior song, Touch Me in the Morning .
