Sectional meetings were held in the Cathedral of Learning, special programs in the Foster Memorial Hall and Headquarters were at Hotel Webster Hall. Mr. Cy Hungerford, one of the top cartoonists in this country, was one of the main speakers at the Penns lvania School Press Conference.
