NORMAN GATES Who is that tall blond? they ask. That is Normanli' we say. Norman has a geometrical mind and great foot- ball ability. Ask Norm if they go well together. He should know. BARBARA GEARHART If we had a list of best dressed women, Barb would certainly head it. This at- tractive miss is never without a smile for anyone, especially where the boys are concerned because with them she is tops. CHARLES GENDER Dutch is a great one for studying. joking, and helping others. He is not much for talking but can he termed as a regular guyf' He is not sure of his future plans, but with his brains he can attain almost any goal. IEANETTE GEORGE This pretty miss is known for her smil- ing, sense of humor and pleasing per- sonality. jeanette always has a smile and a good word for everyone. Lucky are the patients who get you for a nurse Icanette. ALLAN GERSTEIN livery class has a Casanova. Ours is none other than Al. He is known for his taste in clothes and ability for breaking girlish hearts, Those dark eyes cause a minor catastrophe when- ever they glance at you. You've got what it takes to go far, Al. PHYLLIS GLASSER Phyll has clothes that could turn any girl green with envy. Her sweet voice is just like one of her likeable qualities. Her interests center around swimming, baseball and boys. Here is luck to someone who will always be remember- ed, our female Babe Ruth! BETTY IANE GOODMAN Betty is the jolly smiling girl we always sec. With her raven hair. and beauti- ful smile she makes anyone happy just to look at her. Luck. Betty. although you probably won't need any. REVA GOSS Silence is a virtue, one which Rita pos- sesses. She has a ready laugh and can be as noisy as the next one at the prop- er time. Some boss will have an under- standing secretary. THOMAS GOULDEN Tommie certainly doesn't believe in the old saying, Silence is Golden. He is never without some comment or argu- ment to dish out. This, along with his stupendous personality, is sure to be an asset to him in college. AUDREY GREEN Sweet eyes, soft glances and a dynamic personality can add up to only one per- son - - Audrey Green. With such assets as these she is sure to succeed in her ambition of nursing. GILBERT GRIFFITHS Quite a guy is our guy Griff. This handsome guy claims to be bashful, but we know differently. Griff was as out- standing on the gridiron as he is with the gals. Good luck always. CHARLES GROFF Listen to that wonderful trombone l Charlie certainly can give out with the music on it. Proof of this is his part in the band and orchestra. In case you can't find him look for the black, curly hair. You can't miss! ROBERT GROHOL Notice that dark. suave looking chap? That is our Groholieg one of the best dressed of the class of '5U. The effic- iency and determination of this young man will enable him to go far. ALLEN GUTSTEIN An outstanding personality is this rug- godly handsome guy. Al shows his ath- letic ability on the basketball court. His jokes and flashing smile have made him a favorite son of his Alma Mater. Allan will nexer be forgotten as long as the memory of laughter can be heard in the hearts of his classmates.

This was proved by his end position on the football field. He has brains galore, but one of the first to disrupt a class with his funny antics. With his talent, dashing smile and flaming red hair, he is sure to be the sport of any fire. BETTY F ANNON Betty is always laughing and she has a swell sense of humor. Her dimples are her greatest asset and skating is her fav- orite hobby. Keep laughing, Betty. You will get along. RUTH FERGUSON Don't measure Fergie's individuality by her size. She is small of stature, but big of heart with the most cheerful grin. Ruth makes a hit with anyone and we know success is right around the corner for her. IEAN FILLISTINE Long, brunette hair, gleaming white teeth, peaches and cream complexion, and sparkling eyes all add up to meke our strutting majorette, Jeannie. Her engagement was first among the senior girls and is an example of her attraction to the opposite sex. EUGENE FINKELSTEIN Do you have a problem? If you do, go to Fink with it. Eugene is a brainy guy. Some of his statements astound his fellow students. Besides being smart, he can make it with jokes anytime. ALICE FRAIL Alice is never without a new flame and who can blame anybody for preferring those pretty brown eyes and wavy hair. She loves to dance and is an interesting conversationalist. Full of fun describes her also. She is always doing some- thing unusual. ESTHER FRANCHI i'The most talkingest girl in town. Someone once wrote this song about Es'. If you don't think it suits her then get to know this minature parrot. Although Es is quite independent, she has swarms of friends. What a gal, most of them are boys! DONALD F REY If you are having a dull time, my advice is to go and see Frey. His wonderful sense of humor has lightened many dull moments. Don's friendly smile was es- pecially attracting during cheerleading this year. Here's luck to a great guy. PHILIP GALLAGHER Shy? Quiet? You would never believe this by the flock of friends Phil has. When you get to know Phil, you will find that this is just a front for a swell guy who is full of fun.

HAROLD HIRTHLER That handsome blonde boy with the in- fectious grin in Hap.,' He is a com- mercial student, and also quite a hit with the girls. Maybe that rates you the Prcsidc-nt's secretarial job, Hap! We think so. BETTY HONTZ Betty has gone to Meyers only two years but in that time her achievements are countless. She has won the respect and admiration of all. lf you ever need a helping hand just call on Betty. She will never let you down. LOIS HUFFORD l.ois is the girl who hates to pound a typewriter. Someday when you are someone's expert typist you will regret you said that, Lois. We won't regret this. though. You are swell. ROBERT HULLIHAN The nicest things come in small pack- ages. We have proof of that in Hool- ie. Although he has red hair there is not a pleasanter or more easy going guy. His clothes are nifty and he is a favor- ite son of fifty. ELWOOD HUNGARTER Hunky is a great guy on the football field or in the classroom. His huge number of friends have rated him tops. llc is bound for luck a-plenty because of his natural friendliness. RICHARD IAMES Tall, brainy Rich is a wow when he takes a test. Always go to him for a little favor. He will never refuse. Richard is so friendly and nice we just downright like him. SHIRLEY IAMES A little gal with a big laugh and a heart to match. That is Shirl. Lovable, gid- dy and understanding are only a few of the outstanding factors of her personal- ity. just stay as sweet as you are! IOHN IEVIT Blonde, tall, johnny has a mania for sport clothes. He certainly can wear them. His favorite sport is basketball in which he does extremely well. With his quick smile and twinkling eyes mirth and merriness are in his future. IEAN IOHNSTON This kid usually has every place in an uproar with her dry sense of humor. jeanie never cracks a smile when she jokes which make them all the funnier. With her carefree manner and happy- go-lucky outlook on life she is sure to find success. HOWARD IONES Our blond, amiable senior who is a friend of everyone. From all evidences, Howard's hobby seems to be sleeping and eating. When ambition takes its hold, he will definitely become a suc- cessful businessman. ALBERT KAISER Al believes in bachelorship. A little on the quiet side he can still hold his own in a word battle. His skill on the har- monica and being nice to everyone has made him popular with all. THOMAS KASZETA In size and personality Tom is one of our greatest. This fella has a devilish smile and carefree attitude that is en- vied by many of the less fortunate. He will make a wonderful sailor. CHARLES KELLAR Charles is endowed with common sense and is a great joker. Nothing affects him too much. Things just flow by quietly and he sits calmly watching. In other words, he likes to daydream. Don't let them carry you away, Charlie.
