Stick to it. ROBERT M ITRY OBEID Rags proved the old saying you can't keep a good man down. De- spite his size he was up there with the best of them at all times. A good student and liked by every one. He will be missed next year. JOH N HART O'BRIEN Oh will be working for Uncle Sam next year and we are sure he will do a good job. His hobbys are guns and ammunition, and stamps. He is active in scouts and is a mem- ber of the State Guard. SHIRLEY JEAN OWENS ShirI plays a hot pianol' with which everyone will agree. Dancing is her hobby at which she is also good. She will surely be a loss to Meyers when she leaves us in June. PA ULINE PATRICIA PACIGA Red intends to go to nursing school after she leaves. She will be a good nurse, we are sure. Sports interest her and she is one of our team's best rooters. .II ISEPH ALOYSIUS PAIIIJOCK 'tPaduke is going to work in a store after he leaves here. 'Qi lik Q JUYNE CARMEN PARITZ Junie is pleasure loving and al- ways enjoys a good time. She is determined and has lots of vitality. She's always on the go and when she is out of school she will keep the Waves stepping. In twenty years she thinks she would like to settle down but wants lots of ex- citement and variety. STELLA ANNA PENDOCK After high school Anna is going to work as a clerk. Would like some day to be an airline hostess to one of our big air transport companies. Her favorite subject is trig. TERESA AGNES PERULSKI Hailing from Oklahoma the state of her birth Tres wants to go to school in Wisconsin after leaving us. She is a good swimmer and does it every possible chance she can get. Wants to be an air hos- tess on one of our big liners. RICHARD PESAVENTO This man made a raid on good marks when he had to, and was off with a rush to the wars, and we miss his lively manner and smiling countenance. ANTHONY PETERS Gunga's hobby is sports. He may seem quiet to strangers but when you get to know him he is quite different. He is one of the boys who has left school and joined the Navy. Good luck to you, now, and always. MYRA LILY PEARCE Office work and a happy life is what Myra. is working towards. We are sure she will be a good sten- ographer. Plays the piano well . . . likes parties and dances. Surprise 'Z We like parties where she is.

JOHN A DALBERT MILLER Jack , another of our seniors who has left school before graduation. He has gone to college to study law and we know he will be success- ful. Also has a great interest in Wilkes-Barre. 1 wonder who? ?? ROBERT JA MES MITCHELL The army is calling and Mitch is answering the call as soon as school lets out. Trig is his favorite sub- ject . . . he likes all sports and is seen at all of the sporting events Qusually in the gamel, mainly foot- ball and track. Mitch is liked by all and we know he will be a suc- cess. DAVID AARON M ITCH NECK Mitch is another radio man and likes to tinker with them. He hopes some day to open up a business of his own and be financially inde- pendent. We know he will. Good luck. ROBERT STR! PU D MORGAN Bob's hobby is firearms and hunt- ing. There is nothing he would rather do than go out in the woods hunting. Will go into thc armed forces after leaving school . . . likes radio work. How will he put it all into a good future? JAMES MORRASH A good guy and likes by all, Nan- ny is an all around person. After Uncle Sam is through with him he would like to go to college . . . fav- orite subject is math. Ask Mr. McGowan. JOHN MORRASH Johnny is one of the many seniors to leave school and join the armed forces. His choice was Marines and we know he will make a good one. 'Qu ROBERT HOWARD MOSER Bob hopes to own a store some day . . . plans to be a draftsman . . . plays trumpet or French horn in the band . . . likes airplanes . . . is patient, alert and quick . . . also a member of the Army Air Corps. GERALD MUNZING Mum is another one of our boyff who chose the Navy. Good hunt- ing, Gerry. We hope you will he as successful there as you were in school. AILEEN ANNE MURRAY Murph plans on becoming a sec- retary . . . may go to business col- lege. I-Ier special hobby is skating which she does with nar'y a fall. With a little bit of kidding she laughs and turns red. ALFRED GEORGE MUSREY Mus , the clown of the senior class and quite a basketball player. He is the Cagers No. 2 man and has proved himself an able leader. Good in academic work and sports. We know success will be his. ANNA NEWTON Sports interest Nancy a lot and during football and basketball seas- ons she is kept busy coming and cheering. She would like to travel or go to college some day if pos- sible. In twenty years wants a home and a family. FRANCIS NORMAN This fellow was called by Uncle Sam-a good man and a good cause-we admit that-but we are glad he was in our class-a good man to have around.

CAMILLA I . PYANUWSRI Leel' is an all around person full of fun and interested in everything. She is very competent and deter- mined. After high school she wants to take up typing. ln twenty years she wants her life to be a very happy one 1doesn't everyone 73. VVILLIAM RABINOWITZ Swing that rhythm - Swifty wants to lead a big orchestra some day. He is good at the piano and has he got rhythm? Likes to dance to popular music . . . favorite sub- ject is radio . . . get him to play you some boogie-woogie. ROBERT RAMSA Y He went off from our class and tried a new world, and then came back to us again. Glad we suited you, Bob. TED RAN DON Teddy the all around athlete of 1944. One of the few four letter men in the school's history. Al- ready a member of the U. S. Navy, we know that Ted will be able to handle any situation that comes up. PATRICIA REGAN Pat has the unusual but delight- ful hobby of collecting and writing poetry. We wish her well in her ambition to be a professional artist in a large city. BEVERLY LUIS REH N Bev is easy-going and likes to meet people. She would like to spend her spare time sleeping but doesn't seem to have much of a chance. After school she wants to join the WAVES tpopular, aren't they 'U and after the war wants to be happily married. le' V' i HHH if RAYMOND RHIEL One of Meyers' mighty men was he and now Uncle Sam's. His athletic prowess and his great good nature were an unbeatable combination for success and popularity. JAMES RIELLY A far-seeing gent with a fine flav- ored earnestness that gives peace of mind to him when he wants it, and is a safe background for action. STANLEY ELWOOD Rl'l I'ER Interested in radio and electricity Tex can fix almost any radio or electrical appliance. Some day he hopes to be a radio technician or electrician and we are sure he will be a good one. SHIRLEY PATRICIA RODS Pat wants to go to college after leaving Meyers but can't decide which one. She likes to take in the movies, likes to cook, and hopes to be a chemist some day. Pat is a good all around girl and we know she will be a big success. HARRIET ROSENTHAL Reading seems to be enjoyed by all, but especially by Harriet. She is a good taker and carries across her point . . . likes English which is one class she never falls asleep in. FRA NFES W. RUSSER A new addition to Meyers and l might say, an attractive one. She proved her popularity in chapel. Vile know she means to succeed in all things.
