CLASS HISTORY We End the birth of our new class of 53 in the fall of 50 Allen Cronk was our president with john Wileox as yiee president Betty Taber was secretary and ane Wise was treasurer eanette DeTor and Allen Cronk represented us in the umor Student Council Lola Sanderson Dorothy Daxis Mar ilyn Nieholson Charlene aeobs Calista Runions and ane errett formed the first freshman cheerleading squad and attended all the Ireshman games Marilyn Nicholson Paul Zieske and Don Hanley represented us in the Science Congress in Sy raeuse im Williams Marilyn Nicholson Chuck Bateman Lola Sanderson oan Ellis and Colleen Kelly did their dramatic bit in our play in the one aet play eontest We came back in the beginning of our Sophomore year and elected Bei erly Wild as our president and Paul Zreske as yice president Calista Runions and Louis LaClair were seeretary and treasurer ames Walton ohn Ilnitzki and eanette DeTor were our representatiyes in the Senior Student Council I the spring we put on our first dance the Bunny Hop Cliff Hadcock Chuck Bateman Chuck Dayis Dorothy Day is Charlene acobs Bill Munroe Lola Sanderson had the roles in the play contest and won third prize Our unior year found us with Beyerly Wild again president and ohn Wilcox as yice president Calista Runions was secretary and Louis LaClair treasurer Herb Clark William Munroe and im Williams were our representatiy es to the Student Council We put on two Leap Year dances one in the fall and one in the spring We again won third prize in the play contest Lola Sanderson Marilyn our direetor Three parties battled it out for the presidency of the Senior Student Council with Paul Zieske and ane errett winning., to begin their work in the fall of 53 Calista Runions entered prize speaking, and won hrst prize and then went to the County Prize Speaking, Contest at Altmar Our final aetryity was the erowning of the King, and ueen at the umor Prom The court consisted of Norene Meeks Adel Sherman Mayel Myers Marilyn Nicholson ohn Wilcox Chuck Bateman Rilph Salley uid Cliff Hadeoek with Rick Keller and ane errett as King and ueen The last year of our diary began in the fall of 55 Cliff Hadeoek was elected president and Glenn Elkins was eleeted nee president Adel Sherman was secretary and Louis LaClair again treasurer Donald Hanley and Chuek Bateman were elected to represent us in the Student Council Donald Han ley was elected lzditor in Chief of the Annual with ane errett and Louie LaClair as assistants Chuck Bateman and Charlene acobs headed the teams for the magazine sales Chuck Bateman and Dorothy Dans won the trophies for haying the highest sales for magazines Bexerly Looker oan Ellis Char lene aeobs Adel Sherman Lola Sanderson Louis LaClair and Paul Zieske were in the prize speaking eon test and joan Ellis and Louis LaClair represented us at County Prize Speaking at Pulaski We bring our diary to a close as we see the Senior Ball as our last eyent and see our classmates walking down the aisle to the music of Pomp and Circumstance Lola Sanderson Allen Cronk Nicholson, Chuck Bateman, Bill Munroe, jim Williams, jane jerrett were in the play' with Mi.
