It was near night by this time so we started looking for a hotel. There in the distant a sign read: nRaabe's Hotel.n We were happy to spend the night as guests of the owner, Elton Raabe. That evening the Circus was in town so we decided to attend. We were quite surprised when Ruby Nerfokr, the former Ruby Willson was introduced as the star trapeze performer. She met her hus- band while touring in Italy. She and her husband and their eight children have been performing all over the world billed as the Wonders. The next day we continued our journey. We crossed over the state line into Mississippi. While driving along side a railroad track we saw a hobo jumping off the train. Much to our surprise it was Donald Coffey, so we stopped to give him a lift to the next town. The next town was Oxford, the home of the Mississippi University. We decided to visit the University. We were amazed to find Mary Ann Burchell presiding as the head Agriculture teacher. She gave us a lecture on Agriculture and we soon moved on. We started the bus, down the street came a Pontiac convertible and who should be driving but Dorothy Morris. She asked us to spend the evening at her summer home where we were served a lobster dinner. She was vacationing while her husband was leading a dog's life with the Air Force in Turkey. We drove to the edge of town and stopped at a motelf As we approached the desk we found Mildred Wingate as the motel clerk. The next day we moved on. As we were driving along, a bill- board sign caught our eyes. It read: nSee The Red Heads.n we arrived at the next town we inquired about the game. We stayed for the game. We were amazed to find that Katherine Brooks had dyed her hair and was playing with the red heads. She was the captain and she made 121 points that night. We decided to start back to Metz, Missouri. It was a long ride back home but we were very happy that all eight seniors of the class of 1956 had succeeded in finding their life's profession. In 1976, we jumped into our old graduates of '56. We became low on so we stopped at a large sheep ranch found John Fritts. We visited for a when CLASS WILL wwe, the Senior Class of 1956, city of Metz, county of Vernon, and state of Missouri, being of sound mind? ? ?, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be our last will and testament, here- by revoking any will or wills heretofore made by us.
