Je chose as our sponsor Miss Harrison. , Shortly after our new life began the sophomores gave us an initiation party in the gymnasium. This was an event that not one of us will forget. During our first year we were very sorry to be separated from one of our gang Beatrice King. D With this same number the next year,we chose Miss Ackenhausen a new member of the faculty, as our sponsor. As this was our secs ond year it was our time to give an initiation to the new group. It was held at Vernon Pryoris home, a member of our class. This year we lost two members of our class, John Stokley and James Seats, thus leaving us a group cf only fourteen. i we entered our junior year with fifteen members. Marguerite Stone was our new member but we soon lost three old members. They were Nellie Barker. Willard Kleitz and Ralph Nation. Our number now is only twelve. We chose Miss Bell as our sponsorand kept busy this year earning money to entertain the seniors with a trip. We sold candy at each basketball game, operated the food stands at the carnivals, presented the junior class play, HAmong the Starsn and the oneeact play entitled. HRudolph's Revengen. The pupils taking part in the latter were? Margery Rinehart, Nellie Barker, Evalyn Willsey, James Cox, Russel Clutter and Richard Yeates. We had several parties during our junior year. Miss Bell gave us a party after the dress rehearsal of HAmong the Starsd. We had a commercial club party in December. We also had one line party to the show and another to the skating rink. During these three years, we were active in basketball, chorus and various other activities. .Two of our members.
