Refreshments of ginger snaps andt grape koolt-aide were served. We felt that we were fully initiated st the party. out there was more to follow! The following day the girls had to wear their dresses wrong side out and backwards., while ,t'1 boys had to wear their overall aniii ggrts wigs- wrong side out and backwards. They also had to go through the uspanking machine . We entertained the school with songs and recitations one after- noon for about ten minutes. Thursday night, January 20, we gave the soph- omores a party at the high school. Each sophomore was to invite one. on account of bad weatherf not very many were here.e Refreshments of fruit salad and cookies were served. We had -an amateur pro- gram. The announcers, Vernon Pryor and James i Seats, called on verious ones in the audieneelto perform. . i ,V. . K , . Several of our elses went out for basket ball and all took part in music.
