Wells Member Member Board of Trustees The democratic process of administration begins with the Board of Trustees to whom the people en- trusted leadership for building a college sensitive to the needs of the area. Working with a Citizens Advisory Committee last spring, the board employed an educa- tional consulting firm to explore and recommend cam- pus sites, educational plans, and accompanying essential supports. During the interim the board appointed lvlr. Howard N. Monnett acting president and obtained an extension to the lease on the 3845 McGee building. In February, the consulting firm made a preliminary re' port, in April, a final one.
