During the first semester, the club presented The Night of January 16th, which was unique in that part of its cast was chosen from the audience to serve as the jury. The play, especially its humorous surprise ending, proved to be very popular with the audience. The Masque Keys decided to present three one-acts during second semester. Arf Club The Fifth Dimension Art Club's two main goals this year have been to become more active as a club with school functions and to use dif- ferent methods of learning more about the artis- tic world today. This year the club decorated for the Homecoming Dance in a psychedelic mood, which is the tempo of today. Also, the club held a sidewalk show open to everyone in Fayetteville, participated in a show at The Gallery, and is actively planning for the Second Annual Purchase Prize Awards show in May. Mr. Jack Mitchell, an artist residing in Fayetteville, gave a most informative and enlightening lecture for the club. In short, the Fifth Dimension hopes to positively promote an intellectual atmosphere and to bring the art world nearer to the Nletho- dist College student.
