Alumni Associofion ln the spring of 1964 the first class was graduated from Methodist College. This event added to the growth and maturity of the college by giving it forty-six very proud alumni. Although the earning of a degree means greater opportunity for success, a degree carries with it the responsibility of each alumnus to help insure that the opportunities for learning at Methodist College are afforded those who follow in the future. So that the respon- sibilities being accepted by Alumni now and for generations to come might be more fruitfully applied, the Methodist College Alumni Association was organized in the spring of 1965. One of the most outstanding opportunities for service for alumni is the Alumni Loyalty Fund. Money contributed to this systematic fund goes into the general fund for support of the college. Mr. McAdams, Director of Alumni Affairs, welcomes alumni to Home- coming. Left to right: Mrs. Ella Rose Smith, Secretaryf Jerry Wood, President: Ralph Hoggard, Vice-Presidenn 116
