Student Government Association The largest organization on campus is the Student Government Association which is made up of every full-time student enrolled at the college. The concern of the S.G.A. is the provision of a variety of cultural and educational experiences for the individual student. This organization attempts to promote campus affairs and activities both socially and academically to enhance the quality of student life. The Legislative Branch of the S.G.A. is formed by the Senate, which includes four representatives from each of the four classes. From its membership the Senate elects a President of the Senate, and a Recording Secretary of the Senate. Powers of the Senate include the regulation and supervision of ap- proved campus clubs, the enactment of constitutional laws, the impeach- ment of officers, and the provision of effective student government for the S.G.A. You're out of order, Hopkins. Senator Billings suggests changes in the newly pro- posed constitution.
