Most would say several different places. ln Mesquite High, though, it was all found in Michele Zmolik. Michele made everything add up during the four years that she spent here at M.H.S. Although she was in- volved in many things, she kept her grades up. Michele was on the All year honor roll, both her junior and senior years. But this was not enough for this ambitious young lady. She was a member of the National Junior Honor Society as well as the National Honor Society. She served on the Student Council for four years. She was elected sophomore chairperson, junior secretary and senior vice president. As a sport, Michele participates in volleyball. She was a varsity player for two and a half years and played for the junior varsity as well. Michele received many awards for her sport, which included a Sportsmanship award. She also was honored with Outstanding J.V. Player, as well as Honorable-Mention All-district player. As involved as she was, Michele still found time to express the spirit k . Q f that she had for her high school. At several pep-rallies and many of the 54' - ' , football games she, through the magic of her spirit, becamse a walking , 571 t spirit stick, and the school's first live mascot, Stormy. Michele had to Vs make two different stick uniforms and one skeeter outfit. After spending ' ' 15 hours working and sewing on the mascot uniform, with the help of her F . I sister-in-law, she said I just like to. ' Other activities that she was active in are FBLA and FCA. Michele was ' Q fi: ,H 1 V' ' also nominated for Miss Skeeter.
