SCIENCES With the remarkable advancement of science in the twentieth century, today’s graduate is faced with the necessity of procuring a fundamental knowledge of the principles governing the natural sciences. Physics, Chemistry, and Biology attempt to equip the individual with a more complete under- standing of the specific problems so prevalent in scientific research. Science endeavors to develop the individual mind analytically enabling one to apply theory to practical experience. In the pursuit of scientific knowledge, the student broadens his scope for learning through the study of liberal subjects, therefore assuring the education of the “whole man”. CHARLES 0.
