WINTER: When the snow first fell back in December, all the skiers started polishing up their skis. But after those first few inches of snow melted away, 40° weather followed for weeks. Then finally on January 24, the snow came again, this time to stay. The Ski Club could finally go on its cancelled ski trips and plan ahead for more. Ill gain Mid Year freedom Sunday, January 27 was the long awaited day for the Se- niors graduating Mid-Term. Baccalaureate and Com- mencement ceremonies were both held on the same day. These ceremonies were held in Reinhart Auditorium. The number of Mid-term Grads this year was 111. The diplo- mas were distributed by Su- perintendent Schrenker andthe Master of Ceremo- nies, Mr. Schuyler, made the final address to the Mid-term graduates. Seniors Roy Becker, Beth Truman and Mark Milo enjoy each others company at the Senior Breakfast. The Class of 1980 awaits the presen- tation of their diplomas. 24
