Busy school week ends with pep session Through a vanguard of Pepleens, co-cap- tains Don McKeny and Mickey Gaboyan lead the ’ 67 fighting Pirates to their place of honor at the Homecoming pep session. Decorations for ' ' Spirit Week ' ' add a colorful atmosphere to the halls and gym. Spirit stick, boosting team are two goals main Paint spotted clothes ... “And Now a Word from Our Sponsor . . . class days . . . Burger King crowns . . . the race for the ladders . . . “ The Greatest Team On Earth ” . . . class competition . . . leaving school at 1 1:00 p.m. after a long day of decorating . . . “Castle of Victory . . . clown hats and red noses . . . white sheets and eye patches . . . falling signs . . . misplaced masking tape . . . “Lick ‘Em . . . crepe paper streamers . . . although the class of ’69 won the spirit stick, all three classes showed outstanding spirit for their team during Spirit Week. Sophomores transfer their spirit-boosting signs to the gym.
