Foreword Hard to believe, but true at last, the Annual Staff has again brought its record of the year to the students of Meridian h igh School. From hard work, frustration, and near shock, the 1962 Mana - a Sa has been com- pleted for your benefit. We hope that for years to come, this book will bring back memories of your high school days; the games you attended, the teachers who taught you and disciplined you, the students who will be your life-long friends, the students whom you may never see again except in these pages, and the fun you received from all the activities that you took part in. To the Sophomores and the Juniors, your memories of events of this past year are here recorded, but to you Seniors, this book has a special and sincere meaning. It is the last of your high school annuals. Many of you wil l go on to college, many of you will work and progress, and many will be blessed in marriage, now or In later life.
