The football season had its share of disappointments and triumphs. Probably the biggest disappointment was the cancellation of the Meridian-NVeiser Homecoming game. Asian flu won that one. The greatest of the triumphs was a 20-14 victory over the powerful Ontario Tigers. The team will feel greatly the loss of these gradu- ating Seniors who sparked this year's team: Hubert Osborne, Don Payne, Theron Scott, Cleve Waite Bill Weaver, jack Winter, Bill Young, Brent Aitken Gary Judd, and co-captains, Dale Hulse and Tom Davis.
