CLASS HISTORY In August, 1957, Mr, Savoie followed by his 39 very green and basiuul space men toddled into high school. We wandered around tne school in a daze invading the classrooms. We hadn't journeyed in this strange but beautiful school long before the upper classmen laid traps through which we blundered for days on end. Then really being very nice people at heart, they gave us an initiation party. In August, 1958, we entered our sophomore year with a total of thirty. We found we had lost nine and hadn't gained any. Mr. Savoie was ou. class sponsor. We weren't much bigger, but we were somewhat wiser. In August, 1959, we entered the state of upper classmen with 28 members. We had xos 2 and gained 1. We found we had a new class sponsor, Mrs. Cloyd who also directed our play, Finders' Creepers . At this time we received our class rings. Our Junior-Senior Prom theme was Moonlight and Roses. Our class tlower was a red rose, the colors were red and white, and our motto was Mot finished; just beginning. In August, 1960, we entered our senior year and are beginning to look ahead seriously to our future. We have a total of 27, with a loss of four, and a gain of three. Our class sponsor for thit year is Mr. Major. Our class play was entitled Deadly Earnest. We are looking forward to our Junior-Senior Prom, our class trip, and graduation. As we look back over these past four years at M. C. H. S. we will always remember all the memorable occasions.
