c Y P R 0 P H E We now see Miss Kay Kibler, the famous blues singer, is throwing one of her all male parties in Cairo. She likes it that way; no competition. We now go to Kay's chief competitor. Barb Lansink, who sings Rock and Roll. Did someone say Rock and Roll wouldn't last? As we carry on with our chrystal ball gazing, we come to India and who do we see but John Yeakel. John finally made it; he has a harem, 24 beautiful wives. Moving on, we see Joyce Surratt and Betty Dunmire sitting at the kitchen table drinking coffee. They tell us they now receive $ 1 000 . per day for putting snowon a skijump. Now we see Mrs. Alice Scott, a large trailer court in Chicago. She is the owner of As things come into focus again, we see Wee Willie Winter and his jet job automobile. He has won every t r o phy possible. We see that Judy Easley is in the WAC's. She is a Colonel. We see that ten years from now, we, the authors will still be in school. Oh! Will it never end! C L A s 9 All of us would like to see what is in store xor us in 19 7 0. So we look through our chrystal ball. As things come into focus we see the present star of stage, screen, and Smellavision, Miss Roxie Irving, the most dazzling blond in Holly- wood. With her is her private fashion designer, Kaye Stinebaker. Now things are fading, no, they are coming back. Who is that young looking, bald-headed man? Oh, it is John Dennis, the owner of the Kookie Comb Factory in Alaska. In the background is the sign Edlen Engineering Company . As we go inside, we see the president is none other than Mike Edlen and his private secretary is Linda McCormick. Mike tells us that he ran into Betty Beauchamp at the airport. She is working for TWA. As the light fades, we wonder who will be next. When the chrystal ball comes back into focus, we see Don Bradley and Jesse Barrett, in Texas, looking over the pastures of their 150,000 acre cattle ranch, while in the background are their oil fields. The fields remind us of Sam Lewis's oil field back in old C'burg. Sam's wells are bringing in a thousand barrells a day. We are now going out into the beautiful Pacific Ocean. There we see a small island with a large castle. As it comes into view, we see Byron Fuelling and Gary Fanshier in the yard. The sign reads, Alcatraz !!! Oh, well there's some in every group. CLASS HISTORY Well, here we are, SENIORS at last! As we look back over our four years in high school we remember that we stormed MCHS as Freshmen , twenty-seven strong. We elected Nancy Rausch, John Hammond, Mike Edlen, and Betty Dun- mire as class officers. Mr. Savoie was our fresh- man class sponsor. During this first year we gave a one act play entitled, Wild Cat Willy Gets the Woolys , under the direction of Mrs. Young. We went to St. Louis on our class trip. When we came back our Sophomore year we discovered we had lost five classmates and gained a new one. Our new class sponsor, who has guided us through our last three years, is Mr. Major. We elected Roxie Irving, Judy Major, Sondra Dugan, Nancy Rausch, and Linda McCormick as our class officers. On our class trip we went to see the Car- dinals beat the Dodgers at St. Louis. We entered the state of upper classmen with only twenty-four students, we lost one and gained one. This was the year of our prom, Blue Hawaii , and our class play called, The Little Dog Laughed . We elected John Dennis, Betty Beauchamp, Linda McCormick, John Yeakel, and Jesse Barrett as class officers. We went to Pere Marquette State Park for our class trip. Now in our SENIOR year we find that we have lost six students and gained three new ones. We are looking forward to the prom, our class tri,p and, of course. Graduation. Our class play this year was, Desperate Ambrose . Our class officers are Barbara Lansink, Bill Winter, Roxie I r:v'i n g, and John Yeakel.
