W ith the start of eight-man football eighteen boys reported for practice. They were as follows: Delbert Allen, George Easley, Henry Pool, Leland Hardwick, Bob Six, Bob Gordley, DuWayne Rausch, Rex Tracy, Darrell McDannold, J. D. McDannold, Leon Ruyle, Ted Clark, Del- bert Fuelling, Archie Brant, Harlan Chute, Donald Nunn and Richard Seymour. The rules of eight-man football resemble eleven-man more than six-man. In eight-man you do not have to make a clear pass as you do in six-man. The ends and backs are the only ones who can receive a pass. You have to make only ten yards in four downs instead of fifteen yards. Eight-man football gives more boys a chance to play than does six-man football. This gives chance for experience with which to have a better team in the comi: We They We They Arenzville 0 25 Chapin 18 35 Routt 6 40 F ranklin 19 46 Virginia 0 35 Bluffs 6 41 Cha ndlerville 33 13 STEINBERG’S GARAGE Meredosia, Illinois BILL’S BARBER SHOP Meredosia, Illinois 30 ED SCHAEFFER Meredosia, Illinois D-X STATION Meredosia, Illinois
