Freshmen: Into Sticky Business The largest Freshman Class in the Meredith College ' s his- tory, the Class of 1987, began their college careers by sweat- ing out Orientation. With SticJcy Business as their Com- husl in ' theme, the Fresh- men led by Karry McMillin and Leslie Swain began a week filled with late night wa- ter fights, secretive practices, and alliances with their Big Sisters. The Freshmen posted their first Cornhuskin ' victory by winning the Spirit Award. Before Thanksgiving the daisy sale was held to raise funds for the Freshman Sophomore Spring Dance held at the Royal Villa on April 7. Their Stunt perfor- mance made everyone recall their first fraternity party. Af- ter the excitement and run of this year, the Freshmen are lookmg forward to greater things during the remainder of their Meredith careers.
