QNCE UPON A TIME ,.f :wf we ., , W Mercilite 1986 Mercy School of Nursing 1921 Vail Avenue Charlotte, NC 28207 Our Fair Lady As we entered Mercy, full of fear and anticipation we were greeted by someone who would guide and direct us in learning our new profession. She showed us that she believed in us and would walk beside us through whatever we were to encounter. She was there to deliver a smile or a hug to make the good times better and the bad times bearable. While sharing her life experiences we were able to gain insight into what lay ahead of us. As our years at Mercy come to a close, we think back upon the times we have shared with a special lady who was also to begin a new life at Mercy. We take time to recognize a special person who has added an extra bit of encouragement and enthusiasm to our days. He was always there whether it was to open the back door on cold rainy days or to help decorate for our prom at the last minute.
