WILSON We love you not only for what you are, But for what we are when we are with you. We love you not for what you have made of yourself, But for what you are making of us. We love you because you have done more than any creed could have done to make us good, And more than any fate could have done to make us happy. You have done it without a touch, without a word, without a sign. You have done it by being yourself. Perhaps that is what being,a Mother means, after all. Anonymous 40 ' W V, ,..,,.,,. K . You have sung to me in my aloneness, and I of your Iongings have built a tower in the sky. But now our sleep has fled and our dream is over, and it is no longer dawn. The noontide is upon us and our half waking has turned to fuller day, and we must part. If in the twilight of memory we should meet once more, we shall speak again to- gether and you shall sing to me a deeper song.
