Yes, we are privileged to know, love, and work with Miss Elizabeth Winstead, Because she is Cheerful, when it is difficult to be Cheerful, Patient when it is difficult to be Patient, because she Pushed us on when we wanted to Stand Still, Listened, when we wanted to Talk, and was simply There when we needed a Friend. Can we everforget that twinkling smile on Blue Monday? How welcome were her words of encouragement, I'm not worried girls, you will make it . We believed you, Miss Winstead, and in you. Now we are Seniors, proud to have earned the title of a Mercy Nurse. We have gained confidence since that fateful day in Nursing Arts class when we gave our first IM. Yes, you have guided us through our develop- ment from eager, not so capable Probies, to dedicated and proficient nurses.
