Dear Father Krupa, Contrary to the custom of receiving an inspiring and appreciated farewell message from you, it is our wish this year to extend to you our heartfelt thanks. You have stressed in teaching us that Christian education spells character, and character is that quality in a person which prompts her to do the right thing at all times. We hope we have grown to understand the lessons you tried to teach us. We know We have been enriched by the valuable lessons in Christian principles and ideals embodied in your counsel. For the past three years we have known a real friend-in every sense of the word-in you. Your sense of humor and easy manner has helped us often by teaching us to laugh-many times at ourselves. Formal training for many of us may be at an end. Therefore we shall endeavor to retain the valuable Catholic ideals you have presented to us.
