,CI e egliefzcian Staff Co-Moderators: Sister Mary Charity, R.S.M. Miss Audrey Giovanni Members of the MEHCIAN Staff must develop a sense of responsibility and cooperation if they are to make a success of the book they are endeavoring to produce. Selection and placement of pictures, typing of Writeups, and dertermining a theme and dedication make up some of the many facets of this publication. Through their ingenuity and workmanship, staff members are creating some- thing which will be worthy of praise from their fellow students now, and a treasure to them in the years to come. This year we have dedicated our book to Father Lord, and from his quotations, which have always been an inspiration to youth, we have taken our theme. Though Father Lord has received his merited reward, he will continue to influence-through his many literary accomplishments-the Catholic youth of America. 1957 MERCIAN STAFF Co-Moderators: Sister Mary Charity, R.S.M. All-Star Team, All-District Football Team, All District- Basketball Team, and State Basketball Team, helped bring honor to Mercy. The winning of five scholarships showed the aca- demic ability of the Class of '5 7. The Football Prom, May Day, Junior-Senior Prom, Ring Day, and Graduation Day will be cherished mem- ories to the seniors in the years to come. Pioneers in the planning of Ring Day and the first to graduate from Kiel Auditorium, this Senior Class has truly lived up to the Mercy tradition of a class to be praised and one of which we can be proud. 170..
