These they presented on many occasions through the year, when they took the stage in their maroon gowns to assist in various cultural programs, sometimes for school assemblies, sometimes for the public. The expert training the girls received from Sister Rose Marie cul- minated in the Variety Show in March. Every member of the Glee Cluib had a part in this much lauded program fsee pages 118-1211. Finally, the Spring Concert gave testimony to the diligent work and talent of these girls. The A Cappella choir is made up of girls especially talented. This group has responded to many invitations that come to them because of their reputation. These invitations took them, at Christmas time, to the Bismark hotel, to Swift's, and to the Museum of Science for carol singing. They have appeared several times on parish and club programs.
