DEDICATICN In our classwork and in our extracurricular activities, Mr. Conerton has directed us toward the goals of high character and good citizenship. FOREWCDRD During our stay at Merchan High School,we have collected a vast wealth of memories. Now, with young hearts and eager spirits, with impatience for the future, we are finally ready to leave. A full store of knowledge and friendship we now possess. These things,through the years,will flavor our lives with sentiment and satis- faction We hope that within con stantfinger touch will be the great est of these accumulated assets our ideals These ideals the beacons of our future we have kindled here at M H S We shall go forth knowing that knowledge has given us power feeling that friendships have lighten ed our load However our suitcase is really full when we realize how the influences upon us here have strengthened our ideals Although we feel a bit of sorrow for what we are leaving behind it 1S more than outweighed by the dreams which he ahead
