The tirst is the Yonng Men's Christian Association, an or- ganization formed to promote the physical, men- tal. and spiritual welfare of the students. It maintains throughout the school life a strong, high moral sentiment. The governing body consists of the lievereud llichard F. Wlentz, along with two other facility memhers, and four stu- dents. The active work of the organization be- gins during the orientation period. lin the spring of each year, the four Y.M.C.A. oflicers and one memher of the upper middler class at- tend a conference. At this meeting. various political, and religious problems are discussed. One of the most enjoyable activities sponsored hy the Y are the well-attended Saturday even- ing movies.
