What side I take cm anv issue, that is it I'm forced to take a side, depends on several variables, i.c. the equities, the law. public policy, and what side of the room I'm sitting on. sull.. f don’t like to t house unless I have to. Too dangerous for the old ego. 'Issue The reason law school is worthless is because it’s taught by teachers not lave yers. True or false?' Pick a side.’ No, I d rather not make that choice. Hut you just made a choice. Next question given I - there are law professors. Given 9 2___there are law schools. Question— are there law students? Well if you have professors and schools, I hen you must have students. Perhaps FACULTY; Dean Edgar M. Wilson Mildred B, Bell Manley F. Brown Robert r Brousseau Leah Farb Chanin Glen W. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena; whose lace is marred by the dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs and comes short again and again . . . who knows the great enthusiasm, the great devotions and spends himself in worthy cause; who at the best, knows in the end the triumph of high achievements; and who, at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place will never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory or defeat ' Theodore Roosevelt Congratulations, Grads Mercer University R.O.T.C.
