The MercerfAtlanta Concert Choir, directed by Michael G'Neal, is a select choral group that is open, by audition, to all Mercer students. ln the fall, the choir presented ma- jor programs for the International Students of Atlanta and the Georgia Baptist Convention. In December it participated in the annual singalong Messiah, In March of l983, dur- ing Spring Break, the choir went on its annual tour. Choir members traveled to Mobile, Alabama: Lake Charles, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans, Louisiana, and Houston, Texas. The Mercer Post is the officially recognized stu- dent newspaper at MercerfAtlanta and is the main source of news important to the Mercer communi- ty. The Post is published every other week and includes news and editorials on campus, communi- ty, national, and international events.
