There have been too many poems Written just for me. Put on my lips a tender word The failing heart to Cheer And help me not to cry so much, To try and dry a tear. And if there is another one Who mayhap feels like me Who seems discouraged by this world Alone, Unloved, Not free Help me to be able To give to them to see And be able to show them that They really need not be.
