Students also assemble the yearbook, Hi-Times. From the first issue of the Hoofbeats to the last picture that is placed in the yearbook, the journalism group is busy throughout the year. Under the direction of Mrs. Shepherd and Mr. Sankey, they learn how to write a meaningful story and design an excellent layout. Also, the group enjoys a field trip to Pittsburgh, their own in journalism sweatshirts, and the pleasure of watching MHS students and faculty reacting to their journalistic efforts. The Class of 1988 Jolly, Jolly, Juniors ... The class of 88 worked hard and strived for the best this year. They accomplished many things including the annual candy sale and the organizing of the prom. Juniors worked hard in making the best of everything, both athletically and academically. They are just one step from becoming mighty seniors and meeting the joys of P.O.D. Sometimes, being a Junior isn't easy.
