This production was possible only because the staff was willing to samdfice their own time and pleasures to work far into the night, in a cold school build- ing, in space stolen from anyone who could spare an inch, and under conditions which no staff has ever had to face We sincerely hope that in the future a - yearbook staffs will find their work more easy than we the staff of the 'Hi Times' Through all this the staff came out still smiling and willing to aid the class on to greater and more high honors We have in spite of all the hand- icaps and privatitations enjoyed the work that we have done with each other S here's to a newer and brighter future for Mercer and our expressed hope that our production will be accepted as one of the best We put a period to the last sentence with no little sense of sadness, and goodby to Mercer with a catch becoming to our ages, in our throats, so here we say our last goodby not only to Mercer High School, but to all the wonderful things which are a part of it The Staff Editor Howard Grundy Co Editor William Ligo Literary Editor Freda Zahniser Sports Editor Joe Ivers Art Editor Jean White Mary Stowe Erla Bauman Business Manager Sam Anderson lQQ,Z!
