December Joseph and Mary begin their long journey in Las Posadas, which was presented by PASF during Christmas. December is the month to which most students look forward to for it means a two-week holiday period. To start the Christmas holidays, the PASF presented The Posadas, the choir presented an assembly of Christmas carols, and the French and German students sang in their respective languages. For Theresa Hoverson and Paul Cotter it held something extra. They were selected as the December Rotary Couple. January is the beginning of a new year. For the Juniors it meant acquiring their Senior rings, and for Winter Derus and Robert Miller, it meant being honored as the Jan. Rotary Couple. Four Juniors proudly display their newly-acquired rings. 10 Chosen as the December Rotary Couple were Theresa Hoverson and Paul Cotter. And January Winter Derus and Robert Miller, who were absent on the clay the picture was made, were the January Rotary Couple.
