A S 41 '-S' u-y qi' hczptev ll? ,loo BRYSON WHITLOCK .TACK GRAF' Senlor Sophomore BILL MADDOX JAIME GARCIA .Tumor Freshman Class Presidents Each year the Senior Class chooses colors a flower and a motto This year they chose as thelr colors gold and white and accordingly they chose the marigold as their flower Their motto is Present and past our hertiage the Future laid in our control Most of the Senior meetings are purely business in which they discuss such items as choosing invitations deciding on a senior play and voting on the color of caps and gowns Among the traditional events of the representatives IS given the honor of being chosen as president of Student Council The Junior Class IS the money making class 1n high school This IS because they are re sponsible for the annual Jun1or Senior Banquet honormg the Seniors To raise funds for the banquet the Junior Class is given the soft drink and candy concessxon at football games and they are allowed to sponsor dances after all home games Theyhave four representatives to the Student COUDC11 The Sophomore Class undertakes special service projects It is their duty to wrap the goal posts for one football game each year They also have four representatives onthe Student Coun ci The Freshmen like the Sophomores take up servlce projects They also have representatives to Student Council and wrap the goal posts once a year Inl945 46 the Freshman group met as a class for the flrst t1me in several years Senior Class are the Senior play, Kid Day, and Graduation.
